Fixed zombigaunt energy ball being invisible if it spawns out of sight of the player
Added an option to make the zombigaunt energy ball a bit easier to avoid

Vortigaunts now always use a modded model that allows the custom animations added by this mod to (hopefully) play correctly no matter what.

Should work fine with Half Life 2 Animation Fix now.
Both free vortigaunts and vortigaunt slaves can be infected by headcrabs. The resulting zombigaunt will keep the shackles if the vortigaunt had any.
