Played whackamole with a few more missing textures, apparently dev/black_cheap just doesn't exist anywhere lmao

Also realized that I'd missed most of the map with my first navmesh, so it's been fully rebuilt!

Fixed several weirdly inconsistent missing textures, should be majority fine now (save for a few black textures that still refuse to pack right)

Also added some navmeshing, I might come back to it to improve it later but I've spent like three hours on packing this and another map and repacking this one sounds like the worst thing in the world rn lmao

Oh right also, added a thumbnail that isn't total trash
