Puddle Stomp:
REMOVED: Di Downward Conditional Damage
NEW: On D.I up within a certain range, bounce

Monsoon:
ADJUSTED: Failure now on D.I Up.

Fixes:
Should no longer crash vs Bladedancer
Projectile destroying properties adjusted to avoid certain crashes
