Frozen stake change from 3 hits to a count from 0 to 100.

Some move or interaction spawn Frozen Path that Tyrant can skate on
Built-in movement of attacks are reduced significantly in account for the foremention mechanic

Remove Infiltrate and Blitz
Cataclysm spawn ice behind opponent -> change to spawn 4 icicles as free action

New move: Bombard - hang a very delayed ice lance in the air
