- New areas for NPCs to reach the player(as well fixing some where enemies had trouble reaching the player, like one of the stairs on one of the boats for some reason)
- Fixed the Water Splash sound effect from not repeating after one player falls into the water.

-Made the Talk Trigger Zone for two Hillbillys bigger
-Philip Trevors can finally leave his trailer(I had to move his position due to the area where his bed is located apparently has a messed up navigation zone)
