Removed the austria-hungary focus trees which were messing with the new generic focus tree. I am looking at ways to reintegrate it but, as of right now, it is removed in order for the mod to work properly.

- Changed War Hero Recruitment to account for the new CP limits.

Updated to the most recent version of the game.

-Minor tweaks to the values in the army, navy and airforce branch.
-Reworked the research slot aspect of the industrial branch.
-Additions to the Communist, Fascist and Democratic branch.
-Redone the Non-Aligned branch. Reworked the Authoritarian aspect of the tree and completely redid Our Mark on the World Path.
-Added a Subject branch that is only visible when a puppet.
-Added some minor events and the ability for Fascist and Communist nations to core territories.

-Improved the Historical AI, preventing them from changing ideology when Historical Focuses are selected.

Updated to the newest version of Hearts of Iron.
