  • Added/Updated various mod support (with EE, Highlander is a Line Infantry).
  • Fixed a discrepency between the amount of Faith/Piety 'Translate Holy Scriptures' says it will give you and how much you actually get.
  • Translate Holy Scriptures now sends a World Event (with religion-specific holy books mentioned - President James Torah anyone? :p) (if Tomatekh wants to add ones fo HR, it uses the new 'Religion_ReligiousText' table. Maybe it'll have further use in the future, I dunno. I only do the vanilla religions plus Hermeticism, Mormonism, and Atenism. Default to 'Holy Book' if none found.)
  • Holy Scriptures may now only be enacted from the beginning of the Renaissance.
  • Wealth of Nations may now trigger at any point during the Renaissance (was fixed to 1776).
  • Added MCIS support for the College.
  • Misc code-tidying and testing.
  • Changed name of Highlander promotion so that right-clicking the Highlander unit doesn't take you to the promotion's pedia.

Quick update to Scotland to change the Highlander code to use the new CityTrained gameevent, in which I noticed that it was slightly bugged to give no more than three XP, which I've also fixed.
