1.4.1: Some tweaks.

1.4.0: Yeeted the selena/iceworld mod -- They were such a PITA they weren't worth the troubles. Also finally made hills2Fraction more like Appalachia for some worlds as originally intended.

1.3.1: Fixed a long standing problem with airless bodies.

1.3.0: Reverted the mountains, hills, canyons, and rivers to the original codes they were inspired from, with some tweaks.

1.2.2: Hotfix for public beta users.

1.2.1: Bugged lava worlds should look better now. Still flat, unfortunately.
