Added ability to place observer markers as Blackhawk Observer, Hostage Rescue Civilian, and Squad Leaders for both Blufor and Opfor in VIP Escort
Improved bot gameplay in Hostage Rescue by moving active attack point to Extraction Heli zone after Blufor makes contact, should force bots to move towards extraction zone
Should have fixed replication of Hostage POI icon on minimap when far away from Hostage
