Fixed issue with rock textures

Added Player Civilians to Hostage Rescue
-Uses throwing rock to supress Blufor
-If Blufor kills Player Civs they will lose 1 ticket
-If Player Civilian picks up a weapon kit they can be killed by Blufor freely costing Opfor 1 ticket
