*fixed grenade blocking issue on mid
*tweaked overall lighting
*reduced visual noise in some textures
*fixed small clipping issues

*fixed some VIS issues
*tweaked collision so you cannot selfboost out of pit
*removed 5man boost that gets you out of bounds
