Map V2 update

Things i changed/added
-Added Lauching pad for upcoming ship
-Added More Decorations
-Fixed Buying worth screen moving for some reason
-Changed Lighting a little bit
-Added more water area
-Removed Working bell feature
-Changed Some textures
-Changed Gmod Map Icon
