Removed the Foot Knight Armoury building.
Foot Knights have 32 melee attack and defence up from 31
Foot Knights cost 950 up from 900

Developer Thoughts:
This is to reduce the number of buildings from the faction, as there are clearly too many options (especially when factoring in the extra buidligns added by my Overhaul and Unit Pack mods.)

Unit Card and Building Icon changed
Unit model changed, now has the chance to spawn with Knights of the Realm helmets and more of them have gloves on both hands
The building has been brought down to tier III, but takes 300 more gold and an extra turn to build
Foot Knights are now 900 gold, down from 1100, with a lower upkeep
Foot Knight stats have been modified. More Charge Bonus, More weapon damage, more Anti Infantry but fewer hit points and less Armour.
