Added a card spawn rate toggle option. When enabled, all Inscryption mod cards will appear 4x as frequently.
Reduced base spawn rates of all cards.
Starvation nerfed, now -1 ammo max every 10 turns (was 8)
Fixed an unintentional crash relating to OLD_DATA
