Dynamic burn rate / Smoke relighting / Hook redesign

changed design of hook to wrap entire vanilla eat cycle and record the change in stats to use for the duration of the smoke

smoke relighting - if the burn rate is too low from not taking puffs frequently enough the smoke will go out
