Nerfed a quite a bit.

Fixed the Aero Dynamic not displaying properly in vehicle select.
Adjusted damage effectiveness stat to 1.2
Messed with engine power settings. Should have more vroom.

Corrected a mismatched reference for the right engine trail.
This had resulted in the right engine trail not scaling during a race making for an awkward offset in thruster visuals

Adjusted air brake stat

Applied texture fix

Added some liveries. Attempted to fix white emission texture.
