Added two new RNG elements to Side-B. Removed projectile reflecting from Green on Neutral-B.

Added Neutral B and Side B RNG mechanics

Added a basic Neutral-B with two options for now. Will be adding 10+ more random options to it later.

Added RNG to Side-B. It is now complete! Just have Neutral-B left to create

Added brand new Victory, Injured, Injured Heavy animations. Added brand new jab and dash attack animations. Still missing Neutral-B and Side-B for now.

Patched Tilts to be unique and have unique animations. Only missing animations are Jab, Dash Attack, Neutral Special, and Side Special. Both specials will ideally involve RNG mechanics. LOL

Playtesting Version - will soon update Tilts and Jabs. Character is complete otherwise!
