Better Arena & Yearly Arena

Initial upload - v1.0 Better Arena and v1.0 Yearly Arena for Dominions 6.

This mod pack includes:
Better Arena - replaces the prize for winning the arena with a random Artifact.
Yearly Arena - causes an arena to be held at the end of each year.
These mods can be used together, or can be enabled separately.
