Small changes and fixes, added a room in the hallway area.

Tried to fix the decal issue but nothing changed since last time. ill try to roll out another update this week or next week and by then hopefully i know what the issue is.

Initial addon creation.

Features several rooms, combine terminals, hallways, and some enviromental storytelling (would have been more if the dang decals worked)
