The refueling gantry console is operated as follows:
1. Enter the desired gantries frequency in the keypad on the side of the console
2. Use the arrow butons on the console to move the gantry in the desired direction
3. use the "Gantry Pump Toggle" button to start pumping.

for using a remote control:
1. Enter the desired gantries frequency in the keypad on the side of the console
2. Hit the "Use Remote Control" switch to enable remote control
3. Take the remote control from the inventory, select the desired channel using the "cycle remote channel" button.
4. Operate the gantry using the controls listed below the keypad.

Tweaked generator curve, this should prevent battery dropping too low at idle.
