Big patch reworking weak/niche/anti-synergetic cards

• Added a new uncommon card : Ornamental Fan, offers AOE that scales with Block and Temp HP.
  
• Removed Philosopher's stone card from the card pool.
  
  
• Ectoplasm card rework : increases cost on use instead of on taking damage.
  
• Self-Forming Clay card rework : Keeps 1 HP loss on upgrade. 0 cost on upgrade.
  
• Darkstone periapt card rework : on upgrade, block gain is lower by 1 but scales with number of curses.
  
• Dead Branch card buff : Always retains. 0 cost on upgrade.
  
• Fusion Hammer card buff : +1 base damage/block.
  
  
• Relic In A Jar relic buff/rework : Keeps Infusions as free action but removes the Eternal tag from all cards you currently have.
