Made all Spells slghtly faster, increased debuff scaling on Tier 1 and 2 elemental spells to match Tier 3 and 4, Removed CT from Yoink, Added additional Metronome Spells. Replaced Eccentric with Alacrity

Increased Prismatic Purge MP cost but decreased CT cost. Buffed one of the rare spells from Metronome

Buff to Prismatic Purge Scaling (felt too weak to be worth losing all debuffs)

Changed Fey Blessing to also be able to revive, removed "debuff removal"

Rebalanced Mana Costs and made Elemental Spells closer together in power so that they can be more readily used for striking weaknesses rather than always using the non elemental spells for damage
