Should be one of the last updates today. Added mitzruti's chemthrower suppression to the config and set the default damage reduction of suppression to 0. I may in the future, increase the default as more stuff from LWOTCR gets ported.

Cleaned up the source code a bit more and added the ability to put a cooldown on suppression abilities.

Made the pinned effect get removed in similar situations as suppression would (on death, on damage, etc.).

Also removed references to an old ability I had prototyped but never ended up using related to this mod.

Made the suppression shot abilities not hard coded and customizable, for if you don't want specific abilities to get a damage penalty, but you still want to keep the damage penalty in place for other abilities.
