Added new camping sprite to certain skins. Added hamlet sprites to town event. Salt The Wound and Wok Block are now usable from any rank. Meal Prep's self heal has been reduced to 4%-10% hp. Dungeon Meshi now has a custom sound effect. Reduced town event chance.
