Reworked cap points a little bit and a few other minor things that needed doing

AI now work, added another cap flag route and some more cover around the map

Improved spawn area and cap flags with adding more cover and moving some spawn points to more defensable positions

Updated Banner and Thumbnail then madea few other minor changes

Respawn timer did work so scrapped that for now. Added a bunch of barrels and stuff for more cover and un emptificationating

Lowered respawn timer to 3 seconds again (probably still not gonna work)
