Balance changes
- Cost increased from 75 to 100.
- Base Knockback decreased from 100 to 90.

Realized the assist may be too exploitable when paired with ledges and the intangibility associated with them. Thought of increasing the cost even more to further mitigate potentially unengaging play involving this, but with how risky this assist is to use otherwise, I didn't want to make players work too hard to get unexpectedly screwed over in the deal.
