fixed and changed some spawnpoints

changed nav so map works better with the vehicle mod

removed the spawnpoints from some flags on popular demand

quick fix for some mesh not having collision, added foliage and cover at NE spawn

fixed some clipping issues
new trenches and cover
a little bit more interior
new routes/ flag layouts
