-Jeff now takes 1.35x damage instead of 1.0x damage to balance out his amazing speed and attacks.

-Jeff's max air speed has been reduced from 26 to 20 as a way to reduce his mobility in the air and to prevent Jeff to be sent much farther than other characters by moves.
------------------------------------------
-Jeff's ground friction has been put from 3 to 2.7 and his max ground speed from 30 to 23 this should make Jeff's approaches more risky.

-Most of Jeff's moves that weren't block punishable are now as a way to make his approaches less powerful.

-Symbiote Rage has been renamed to Growth Spurt.

-Revamps to certain icon's.
