1.6 - This is a big one wowee

- Added some checks that will stop a bag from being equipped if it is broken and you were equipping the bag without using the right-click menu (Fixes reported issue when used with the Equipment UI mod)
- Added a check to stop a file from breaking which was causing tooltips on bags to not render properly if using a mod that overwrites a particular bit of code (Fixes reported incompatibility with the bow and arrow alternative drawing add-on mod)
- Added a whole slew of new sandbox options:
* Option to make bags unable to be repaired at all if they fall below a certain % of health
* Option to make bag repairs twice as expensive if current bag hp is below a set %
* Option to change the base repair cost, this will change how many leather/denim/ripped sheets you need to repair
* Option to multiply the cost for ripped sheets/denim strips compared to the base cost (leather will always share the base repair cost)
* Option to change at what tailoring level a bag needs to be for you to be able to repair with ripped sheets/denim strips (leather is always an available option)
- Changed early tailoring level condition states from Pristine/Good/Slightly Worn/Worn -> Great/Good/Decent/Worn, this is purely a cosmetic change
- Changed early tailoring level condition readout so that the text is all white, the tooltips are given colour at tailoring level 2.
- The reasoning behind these 2 changes are so that in the heat of the moment it won't be quite so easy to determine if you should grab that bag, you'll have to spend a moment actually reading the text which is a moment you're not fighting zombies. :D
- Upped tailoring XP gain from repairing bags, the XP gain from previous updates is still there, but now you'll also get a scaling amount based off of how much health you actually restored to the bag
- Some other minor code cleanup and other uninteresting things

- Organised all of the additional mod patches into folders, giving credit to the authors of those patches where applicable (This change has no gameplay impact, just a file organisation thing :) def didn't do this in 1.5, accidentally revert this change before i pushed 1.5 and then forgot to write it in the 1.5 patch notes anyway... nope couldn't be me :)

A bunch of new mod compatibility patches added, huge thank you to aquelarrefox for all of these!

Now includes support for:

- Authentic Z
- Brita Armor
- Eggon's Fanny pack balancing
- '86 Ford Econoline E-150 + Pop Culture vans (the payday items, specifically)
- Overlooked Military Surplus
- Pump Pury
- Same bag different color
- Sleeping bags and attachments
- Strange wardrobe

These patches were given a quick bit of testing and everything was working from what I can tell, but I didn't test literally every item because it would've taken far too long! So please let me know if you encounter any issues, thanks. :)

- Added sandbox options!

The following can be configured in your sandbox settings (in singleplayer you'll need a mod to edit them in an on-going save!):

- Decay rate (how fast bags lose condition)
- The chance for small items to spill out of nearly-broken bags
- Whether being attacked by a zombie will damage one of your equipped bags (this is picked at random, not based on where you are attacked)
- If the above is enabled, how likely it is that being attacked will actually deal damage to a bag
- The chance that a bag will spawn potentially damaged in the world vs spawning in with full health
