Biggest changes:
Mailbox is no longer hittable by opponents
Nspecial is chargeable, sending a different projectile at each charge
Mailbox loses a letter when Yono is parried, if 0 letters mailbox is destroyed

Spin as a whole is faster, Full spin 30 -> 27, half spin 16 -> 14
Air fspecial endlag increased 8 -> 10
Air Uspecial startup increased 12 -> 15
Air Uspecial BKB decreased 8 -> 7
Ustrong letter toss increased to 3 letters
Ustrong letter toss can be activated by holding down attack, special or strong during the main attack
Added frame 1 fstrong swipe sfx
Jab 1 and 2 hitpause increased 3 -> 4
Ftilt startup decreased 10 -> 8
Ftilt KBS increased 0.6 -> 0.7
Ftilt Hitpause increased 6 -> 7
Utilt BKB increased 6.5 -> 7
