- Added a model selector so that you can turn someone into different ragdolls (including the skeleton)
- Added a sound toggle so that you can turn off the audio that plays when you skelify someone
- Added a sound selector so that you can choose the audio that plays when you skelify someone
- Added some new sounds that you can use with the sound selector

Added back compatibility with the original Skelifier addon made by freefilesvirus.
