Version 0.3.1 has been published to Stable tModLoader v2024.1

- Missiles now is crafted in Air Defense Factory crafting station using special UI.
- Missile components can be added after missile without this part is already crafted.
- Fixed issue with breaking stored ammo in launchers on adding/removing new mods (Works only after first enter to the world with new mod version).
- Added special tooltip for materials that can be used as missile component.
