- replaced the mollo flashbang effect on enhanced up strong with 10 frames of extra hitpause to (hopefully) fix false galaxies and jank with DI

- fixed down special getting destroyed immediately if the projectile is spawned next to a wall
- increased intiial down special projectile hitstun multiplier (0.5x -> 0.65x)

- decreased back air startup (10 -> 9)
- increased back air base knockback (5 -> 6)
