Updated for game version 1.3528.0

Added mission insertion points

Fixed hardcrashes on Forerunner and Reclaimer (Not guaranteed crash free because h4 modding is hell)
Fixed the empty healthpack on Dawn towards the end of the level
Nerfed the didact's beam damage a bit

Fixed the issue with shared maps being in the wrong location causing missions to not load.
