Added visual cues for attaining Ultra Meter. Wisteria now sparkles with ice when her Ultra meter is maxed out. Added particle effects to all Smash attacks. Fixed animation issue with Down-Tilt and Crouch, now Down-Tilt goes directly to the correct crouch frame when holding down.

Added many cosmetic effects! Jump 2 now has a glow effect. Parry now has a glow effect. Added blinking to several animations where blinking should have been added. Patched the dance taunt to be in sync with other Floofs.

Side-B Shovel HP increased from 9% -> 12% Small Ice Projectiles HP, such as on Dash Attack and Up Throw, have been decreased from 5% -> 1%. Neutral-B's projectile remains at 1% HP. Fixed dance animation to be in sync with certain other character's dance taunts. (Azula, Fuega, etc.) Removed knockback scaling of Jab's first hit.

Fixed landing animation to be 3 frames instead of the 2 that it used to be. This oversight was a mistake that needed to be remedied.

Wisteria 2/23/2024 patch:Jab has been fixed. The second hit will send opponents downward so the third hit can be followed up.Ultra has been patched and nerfed slightly. The center hitbox will keep the opponent trapped now in hitstun, with clear player hit flags dealing a max of 10% (same damage as before) and frees opponents out of hitstun when they are in the middle of the projectile spam. As it is now guaranteed to land many of the projectiles should you hit the opponent with the center hitbox, damage has been reduced from 3% per projectile to 2%.Patched Get-Up-Attack-From-Ledge. Hitbox was unreasonably disjointed, so I patched it both for sound design and shrank it by about 4x4 units.

Fixed mistake with Dash Attack that accidentally prevented ice crystals from spawning. Took out third jump from Wisteria for balancing reasons. (She can now be spiked by opponents without worry.) Fixed dance taunt to go on 11s.

Removed sprite sheets from character file. Patched Dance Taunt slightly to try being in sync with other character's dances.

Patched Up-Strong. It no longer has a tipper hitbox, but the overall strength has been increased. 0.5 more base knockback and 0.03 more knockback scaling. It also lasts two additional frames, lasting 6 frames instead of 4 now. Up-Special has been nerfed slightly. Her shovel hitbox damage has been reduced 2% -> 1%. Initial Up-B hit no longer deals 8%, but deals 4% now. Base Knockback has been increased by 1 unit to compensate. Up-B landing hitboxes have been corrected and adjusted accordingly. They are more accurate and deal 0.01 ~ 0.03 more knockback scaling. Down-B and Neutral-B now have unique cooldown icons to accompany each move. Neutral-B has a cooldown of 1.5 seconds now due to the raw spammability of Neutral-B and stage control of having multiple Neutral-B projectiles out at any one given time. Cooldown attack on Neutral-B deals 3%.
