- Fixed: Accidentally removed Gunsmith Tools from spawning

- Removed: parts no longer spawn in military loot spots (dev note: due to sensitivity of loot tables, parts were disrupting the spawn rates of all firearms. Since you can quite easily acquire them otherwise by scrapping the weapons themselves, it was decided to keep parts away from spawning at all)
- Removed: Completely removed AR-15 mod's cleaning kits for obvious reasoning.
- Fixed: some various quirks about how mod determines a weapon type (@TheoryOfMadness)
