Fixed some Byzantine unit unavailabilities
localization changes.

Final tweak for them Byzantine.

~Byzantine Pikemen(high) upgrade moved to ‘Age of Cannons’, to better simulate the age of ‘Pike and Shot’.

~Removed ‘Weapons Upgrade’ buildings for all factions, since MW base mods gave its building effects to ‘Amour Upgrades’ chain. •Localization text changed accordingly.

~Library now requires Timber resource. Since you know, books and shelves and all.

~‘Siege Workshop’ wood military upgrades now require Iron resource, and renamed to ‘Firearms Workshop’, since you know, it builds all the lategame firearms.

~Greek Fire Siphon troops now use correct Siphon unit card, no longer Handgunners'.

(That’s basically all done for Romans. Planning to somehow add mercenary upgrades, without the making tech panel to cluttered, so that wild mercs aren’t completely useless)
(Russian update takes priority)

~Naval battles now playable again! Cheers

1.Orthodoxy Pentarchy See now uses lvl4 Basilica model. The default one looks nothing like the Hagia Sophia.
2.City Churches now also have a tax modifier, along with corruption one. To make them absolutely worth building. It could even substitute the Governor buildings at this point. As it should be.

Churches receive donations and hold tribunals. It is only natural(power fantasy(x)

Byzantine cultural circle's academy buildings now simply provide local State Religion influence, instead of that of the respective branches of Christianity, making the building compatible for either Byzantines, Latins or Russian Principalities.
