-Changed the Ustrong and Fstrong barrel to be more like Down Strong barrel. Now All barrels can be hit by both Nogard and the opponent and can be grabbed and exploded by Nogard's other specials.

-Now only one barrel can exist at a time.

-Added new vfx for when the barrel hits the opponent and when the barrel is destroyed by other means. The Barrel hit vfx current doesn't use the same colors as the barrel sprite (i'm working on that).
