-Reduced the size of most of the hitboxes to better fit animations.

-Adjust Barrel Explosion hitbox to better match the animation.

-Fixed various hitbox groups to be melee.

-Added strong hit to back air.

-Added overhead hitbox to up tilt to better match the animation.

-Fixed Dash turn animation.

-Reduced the knockback of down air

-Adjust idle and and walk animations

-New Back throw animation (this one moves)

-Reduced neutral special hit box to be more in line with the palms of the character.
