The water in the tower has been fixed.

Fixed 2 bugs when surfing on a ramp.

Added a border around the water near the teleporters.

Fixed the ladder on the top of the tower

The boost from the tower has been reduced so that you cannot jump directly to Mario.

The boost from the top ramp has been removed
