- Fully-charged damage bonus decreased from 1.5x to 1.25x.

Note: The original damage bonus was an error in my calculation. 1.25x puts the damage increase roughly equal to the damage increase to bows in the original mod.

- Fixed an issue where I am stupid and forgot to compress the files. The compression part, not the stupid part. Still working on that.
