-New Surface threat theme only appears in Tundra Fault
-Pillar Grove lacks 1.5 creatures, but has more release-day ones
-Signal Spires has diurnal strawberry lizards, and different spawns at night

-Made a couple regions easier if Monk is warp-menued into them.
-Put some Strawberry Lizards in Aether Ridge & The Surface, if Blue Lizards cannot survive in those spots for some reason.
-Thermal Relay warps you deeper up in Salination.
-Removed the Ridgeworks torch from Cold Storage
-Tweaked Rift Regions Rework spawns, namely restoring Torrid Desert centipedes' aposematic color, altering some lineages for proper trophic shifting, and making the dustier Coral Caves have different intro music
-Deep Reef is listed as a subregion

-Light reworks on some Watcher regions. Put some King Vultures in Badlands, Shrouded Coast, and Signal Spires; put "red" enemies in Torrid Desert; prevented Black Lizards and Leapzards from being lineaged from thin air in Desolate Tract; put a tad more Greens and a Caramel in Rusted Wrecks' beach; replaced Blue Lizards with a couple White ones in Badlands; added Black Lizards to Turbulent Pump and Salination; prevented Leviathan from getting stuck to a pump; put Noodleflies and Wolf Spiders in Aether Ridge; put a Mother Spider in Shattered Terrace; reduced eel lizards in Fetid Glen's piping; removed herobrine; added some coil-rigging Elite Scavs to The Surface; removed Eggbugs from Verdant Waterways and made the leeches green; reduced scav blindfolds in the muddy city of Outer Rim; removed timer from Unfortunate Evolution; and tweaked spawns in rotted regions.
-Tweaked Less Caramel replacements again, as well as Saint Outer Expanse
-Made earlier Desolate Canal green as normal, with some darker palettes to mask hue changes a bit (palette 10 = you are in the DARK ZONE.)

Tried to stop this issue where official arenas can't show modified settings for some reason (for the love of god I don't remember doing anything else with this except making fading expanse non-story for a vista point can't appear in an inaccessible room why is it hard for me to talk to peeps)
