Cosmetic Changes:

Gameplay Changes:
- Fstrong now has a weaker hitbox that is on the end of the attack and slightly more range.
- You also don't have to be as close to the goop to charge Fstrong ontop of it
- Fspecial now spreads two more tiles of goop. This is to help with certain setups
- Fspecial now has slightly less range
- Dtilt's second hitbox is now slightly wider, It's also in the shape of a rectangle now

Gameplay Changes:
Most of this is an attempt to make the character a little stronger
I'm not entirely sure how to go about doing that but I know I don't want to
increase the character's range by any more. I would prefer to make his normals
stronger and slower while using his goop to make up for it. I don't particlarly
want to make the moves too slow either though because I do want some degree of
comboability to them.

A lot of these changes are arbitrary since I haven't gotten any feedback and
are probably subject to change

- Nair damage increased (7->8)
- Utilt damage increased (7->9)
- Jab damage increased (11->12)
- Dair damage increased (8->10)
- Dstrong damage increased (10->11)
- Uair damage increased (8->10)

- Uair landing lag increased (6->8)

Cosmetic Changes:
- Made the wing in the Up Special sprite bigger

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a bug where you would slide with DATTACK
- Fixed a bug where rolling after FSTRONG would create effects.

Misc:
- Attempt number 1000th to fix the version number

- The Abyss seed ACTUALLY spawns goop when it lands on the ground now
