General:
This update has been on testing for a bit, and I forgot to add every single change to a document. There might be a few class allowances and restrictions which I forgot.


-Savage:
Added a few skill to the pools of Savage, they're a few actives that I played aroudn while testing, should dilute the pure damage +s they get. Overall should be more reliable, while decreasing the chances to highroll.
Skills added:

a) Corporal & Lieut pool
Adehesion blade, whichi mobilises the enemy.

b) Cap-Maj-Colonel:
Sledgehammer: knockbacks the enemy a fair bit, and deals damage twice? This is a bit weird, but I liked it.
Dogpile: The only passive added, makes a bladestorm attack at any enemy getting attacked within melee range.

c) Brigadier:
Skyfury blade: A 2 use, no cooldown skill that deals 2x damage on hit.

All of the actives works with Finesse, making Savage with perfect roll the highest single-target burst damage class that I can think of, skyfury -> knife -> skyfury.
Again, on average, the class is weaker, but much more cnosistent than before while allowing for once-in-a-few campaings combos, which was my goal. So i'm happy with it! Good luck for everyone getting their 11 dmh + 4 armor pierce skyfury blade.


+ Reduce Savage's aim scaling( 29 -> 20 ) which is is still quite high.

- Maniac:

+ Maniac's aim scaling is the same, but it's more spread out instead of frontloaded.(+6)

b) Cap-Maj-Colonel:
Added a Minor shield skill whicch activates whenever Maniac kills a unit. It does NOT stack with itself, neither other skills classified as "minor shield", but it refreshes after every kill. It gives 3 shields.

Removing from Savage:
Brigand, Heavy, N7 Soldier, Tech medic(Woops)

Removing from Maniac:
Any spect that allows non-melee primaries, such as:
Head hunter, Overseer, Brigand;
Also Scout and Rogue due to conflicting perks.

Adding to savage:
Bloodmage, Executioner, Raider, Grenadier

Alienhunter 2 for both specs

Disallowed Psizerker for Maniac. It's both making Maniac too common and Psizerker too common.
May break a few soldiers.
