Version 1.6

Fixed a bug where the 10% bonus to learning combat skills--archery, block, heavy armor, light armor, one-handed, smithing and two-handed--was not being applied and was not displayed as an active effect.

Also fixed a bug in the vanilla Skyrim game, where the magic effect for praying at an alter of Talos incorrectly reported the time between shouts was reduced by 0%. It now correctly reports the cooldown as being 20% faster.
