Updated to make uniform asphalt texture names.

Updated to add tunnel version of trolleybus transit lane for 50 km/h (was missing previously).

This update is to fix an error in graphical appearance of gray asphalt texture building.

Updated to conform all elements to my tram pack just released. There may be slight changes to asphalt color. In addition, bridge and tunnel borders have been updated.

Update to change names of individual rules. All rules now start with AVP for easier location.

Gray asphalt color made slightly lighter for better contrast with tram tracks in the upcoming pack.
White lines for lanes made wider - to 3 meters width.
Added "buildings" in gray, red and green asphalt - these are cosmetic to fill space, not roadways.
Added "buildings" for platform edges (2) and a barrier (static).
