if the position wheel is (0,0), the blade will default to following in its base position at full speed. (there's basically no difference for this but in case you forget to set the wheel. also looks better in replay)

the distance penalty is now more generous, being one frame when at the edge of tether range, and two frames at greater distances

Adjusted framedata/hitdata of every single normal so they feel more differentiated/useful. Not sure how badly this will mess stuff up or change up routes.

reworked Reaping Spiral into a stance, you can now throw the scythe, with it ramping up in speed with increasing spins
removed framekill (forgot to make it unselectable)
Air Options 3 -> 2
Uppercut is now aerial invulnerable on initiative
Can no longer chain scythe commands into themselves (except circular saw)
distance penalty removed in combos
