-Added bolt action rifle scope by dismantling binoculars
-Added a Russian translation of the Instruction Book - Thank you @Golden_Alex
-fixed barrels and metal plate not consumed when dismantling
-fixed some text errors

Added
- Deconstruct ammo for gunpowder (used for grenade crafting)
- Bolt-Action Rifle
- Pistol Shotgun
- Sodacan Grenade
- Added proper damage RVMATs
- Reworked weapon textures
- Fixed a couple name and description errors

New types entries are in the types file separated by comments
