Removed capitalization from the whole file structure, this should prevent the mod from breaking in a few places for Linux users.

Was in the middle of updating Starbases and that's not quite working at the moment, but I wanted to prioritize people being able to use the mod at all.

- Added the Juggernaut model
- Consolidated the particle .gfx files into one
- Fixed several file structure issues bloating loading times/the error log
- Fixed all other misc. issues in the error log
