Fixed not being able to throw grenades through glass like on vanilla maps, reworked mid, Site B got a small facelift as well as more grenade throws for Ts.

Fixed audio occlusion so you should no longer be able to hear everyone, everywhere. Changed some layouts (still haven't done the mid widening), worked on Site B a lot. Experimenting with some lighting and texturing.

Reworked site A, minimap is now available although still needs work, opened up some spaces to make it feel less claustrophbic grey corridors, added an experimental grenade spot when coming from Ts to site A. Some general mesh work has been done all around.
